The business luncheon starts with a half-hour of networking from 11:15-11:45 a.m., followed by an always-tasty lunch, the presentation/program plus a question-and-answer session with the crowd.
Mr. Bortz will reveal the approach that won over the Clifton Heights Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. (CHCURC) selection board, which decided the team at Towne Properties was the best fit for reflecting the needs of its neighborhood. The developer has been charging with making the streets surrounding the UC campus more inviting, lively and livable for its students, visitors and workforce.
CREW GC luncheon attendees will be updated as to how this important corridor will be transformed into the central focus of the Uptown Business District.
