Cincinnati Commercial Contracting recently launched a $6 million office/retail project in Monroe, near  Cincinnati Premium Outlets, at the busy interchange of Interstate 75 and Ohio Route 63 along the Butler/Warren county line.

Here’s the first story about the project, published on Nov. 5, 2010, in The Cincinnati Business Courier:

CCC Monroe project in Cincy BizCourier - 11.5.10.

…. The Business Courier story was published in concert, on that same day, along with a story in another regional newspaper owned by American City Business Journals (ACBJ), The Dayton Business Journal.

The Dayton Business Journal put CCC on their Page One – published Nov. 5, 2010:

…. shortly thereafter, we welcomed coverage from The Dayton Daily News ….

CCC is recruiting office users and retail-oriented tenants, companies looking for a fresh locale at the newest business park in the busy corridor, less than one mile from Cincinnati Premium Outlets.

The City of Monroe, and that whole Butler/Warren county region along I-75, has become one of the fastest-growing and most popular business corridors in our region,” said John Westheimer, President and owner of CCC.

“This project will fill a void for new, quality-built office and retail space. We look forward to a long-term, outstanding partnership with the elected officials and planning people from Monroe who have helped make this project a reality, in the midst of some very trying economic times,” Westheimer said.

The new park will have a total of 30,000 square feet in a building configuration that’s still taking shape.

CCC is currently negotiating with two restaurants and several retail tenants.

LCNB National Bank will occupy the first building in the new development.

Founded in 1877 in Lebanon, Ohio, by leading citizens of the Warren County seat, LCNB has grown to 25 banking offices throughout the Cincinnati/Dayton corridor.

LCNB National Bank is a full-service, FDIC Insured National Bank; its newest facility will measure about 3,000 square feet.

“All of us at LCNB National Bank are excited to be building our newest office in the City of Monroe. This location will become our 26th office serving the residents and businesses in the Dayton-Cincinnati corridor,” said Steve Foster, President of LCNB.

“It is a pleasure working with the officials from the City of Monroe and Cincinnati Commercial Contracting on this project,” Foster said.
