[ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio ~ August 10, 2012] Brandicorp LLC, a multi-use developer and commercial real estate company owned by Cincinnatian Mike Brandy, remains a bright spot in the business of building, as witnessed by a recent groundbreaking for an $8 million, multi-use Beechmont Avenue commercial complex catering to the office/medical, retail and restaurant industries.

In standard Brandicorp fashion (, the new complex at Beechmont Avenue and Asbury Road is on track to open almost 100 percent leased, early next year. Anchor tenant TriHealth leads the way.

The Anderson Township market has always been one of the strongest communities to do business in Greater Cincinnati,” said Mike Brandy, President of Brandicorp.

We’re very pleased, and excited, to be part of this type of multi-use project that we’re doing right in the heart of the Beechmont Avenue Corridor.”

Complementing the new 20,000-square-foot TriHealth facility, built as a stand-alone building as the centerpiece of the project, will be a 7,000-square-foot Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant; and a separate 3,000-square-foot building for a new First Financial Bank branch.

An additional 6,000-square-foot building has been designed for the site as well, and is still available. Brandicorp is handling leasing.

The 5.2-acre Beechmont Avenue and Asbury Road site is in Anderson Township, a quarter-mile east of the Beechmont/Five Mile Road intersection.

The township is in the process of upgrading its master plan for the area. The project was featured in a Cincinnati Business Courier story published today

TriHealth is expected to open late next year.

First Financial and BW3 will open in early 2013; the new BW3 restaurant will be a new prototype, with a unique schematic and features yet to be announced.

Brandicorp is a leading brand in the Greater Cincinnati and Midwestern retail, development, construction and restaurant scene.

Earlier this year, Brandicorp closed one of its biggest deals ever with the $37 million sale of Stone Creek Town Center in Colerain Township. Brandicorp began developing Stone Creek Town Center in 2005, and still maintains an interest in available restaurant outlots and land parcels.
