[CINCINNATI, Ohio ~ January xx, 2014] The Robert Lucke Group has unveiled a string of new custom home projects across the Tri-State, led by Camargo Ridge, a $15 million development on a rolling hillside in Madeira where the third-generation builder is hand-crafting homes priced between $699,000 and $3 million.

Camargo Ridge will have a formal groundbreaking for the 15-home development in early 2015; but in the meantime, the seasoned professionals at Robert Lucke Group (www.robertluckegroup.com) are looking for buyers, based on a legacy that’s buoyed the third-generation Symmes Township builder since its founding in 1952.

The homes in Camargo Ridge will be built under a master development plan that allows us to maintain the Robert Lucke Group level of high quality, craftsmanship and style,” said Scott Lucke, company president.

Our strategy, as a custom builder, is to find these smaller, infill-type sites in well-known, upscale communities, then design and build the house of a lifetime for our clients. At Camargo Ridge, we’re also offering lots between 1-1.25 acres, which is unheard-of in Madeira.”

The successful execution of a custom homebuilding strategy in Greater Cincinnati these days means you have to find these smaller, infill communities – besides Madeira, we’re also looking for similar projects in Indian Hill and Montgomery – where we can be the developer and the builder,” said Randy LaMar, sales manager for Robert Lucke Group.

Camargo Ridge is located at Shawnee Run and Camargo Road. Besides the Madeira project, Robert Lucke Group is also assembling plans for at least two other new projects in 2015:

  • The Villages at Four Bridges in Liberty Township (Butler County) is bringing 30 homes starting at $390,000, custom patio homes with golf memberships and no maintenance;
  • At Rivercrest in Warren County, a new development where Lucke is one of the executive builders: 42 homes starting at $650,000 to be built in the Kings Local School District.

The Robert Lucke Group is based at 8825 Chapelsquare Lane in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45249. For more information, please visit www.robertluckegroup.com, call (513) 683-3300 or send Randy LaMar an e-mail at rlamar@robertluckegroup.com.
