[BELLEVUE, Ky. ~ Dec. 23, 2013] Brandicorp LLC, one of Cincinnati’s most active developers with office, office/medical, retail, hotel and restaurant projects dotting the Greater Cincinnati landscape, is making yet another big splash in the local development industry with the hiring of Mr. Jerry Royce, a longtime real estate executive with Duke Realty.
Mr. Royce, a Detroit native and graduate of the University of Dayton, joined Brandicorp last month (www.Brandicorp.com) as vice president of leasing and development. He joins a premier development firm getting ever more involved in bigger projects and developments, particularly of the office and medical/office variety.
Mr. Royce has worked with Brandicorp President and owner Mike Brandy previously, most notably at the new $40 million Christ Hospital Outpatient Center in Montgomery, now under development by Brandicorp and being built by Duke Realty (http://youtu.be/lTeYdr6EbcI).
“I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team from Brandicorp as the Christ Hospital project was created earlier this year,” said Royce.
“Brandicorp is a great organization, and this is just a tremendous opportunity for me, personally and professionally.
“With 15 years of experience developing office buildings, joining Brandicorp just fits well into the opportunities that Mike (Brandy) and his team here at Brandicorp will have in the coming years,” Royce said.
While with Duke, Royce was involved with developing facilities for household U.S. companies such as GE, Procter & Gamble, Citigroup, AK Steel and others.
Strategy and Synergy: Jerry Royce and Brandicorp
“Adding Jerry is very synergistic to the Brandicorp brand,” said Brandicorp President Michael Brandy.
“Jerry offers up another whole menu for us. He brings tremendous knowledge, as well as tremendous respect, within the development community, in the office, medical office and office headquarters segments specifically.”
“With his professional skills, background, contacts and resume of building world-class office and office/medical facilities, Jerry would make any company better, instantly,” Brandy added.
“We are ecstatic for the future of Brandicorp with somebody like Jerry Royce on our team, and look forward to expanding our office and office/medical portfolio.”
Mr. Royce lives in Loveland with his family, wife Lisa and their two children, Sydney and Jake. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Greater Cincinnati Chapter, and was named to the Duke Realty Sales Team of the Year three times; the Duke Realty Dealmaker of the Year twice; and the Duke Realty Sales Person of the Year once.
