EXPANDING A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Altemuehle left the Cincinnati office of Colliers International Inc. after 27 years of service – and $750 million in sales and leasing – for the opportunity to help lead the new service line initiatives, offering something very special in this market.

Landing Altemuehle brings to C&W|CCR his extensive experience in the sale and leasing of office properties, including tenant and landlord representation, asset acquisition and dispositions, lease audit and management, investment analysis, opinion of value analyses and multi-market requirements.
With an office listing portfolio totaling more than 1.7 million square feet, Doug has successfully completed more than $750 million in sales and lease transactions during his career.
Some of Altemuehle’s clients include New York Life, Citigroup, CommonWealth REIT, GE Capital Real Estate, J.P. Morgan/CASTO, Ventas, Heinz, Kraft and Grange Insurance.
Altemuehle is a member of SIOR, NAIOP, BOMA, NAR, OAR and the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. Doug has been awarded numerous professional honors, including being named to the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati’s “Top Producer’s Club” award consecutively for the past 19 years (1992-2010) and earning NAIOP’s highest achievement award as Cincinnati’s “Broker of the Year” and “Deal of the Year” awards.
Armbruster develops and maintains tenant representation relationships and landlord/owner relationships. With over eight years of experience, Darin’s current real estate portfolio includes some 13 suburban office parks and in 2009, he closed office lease and sales transactions totaling more than 300,000 square feet, valued at more than $21 million.
Darin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University, providing a strong foundation in site planning, construction, development process and related costs.
He is a member of CCIM and has won several awards including the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati’s Top Producers Club, from 2005-2010, and the “Rising Star Award” in 2009.
