Scheper Ridge marks the first ERS community in Northern Kentucky, 30th for the company.

Construction to begin in early 2020 for 48 single- and two-bedroom suites off U.S. 42.

Suburban, wooded site straddles booming Boone County region near Union.

Named after recently retired ERS exec Paul Scheper, longtime CFO who was essential to ERS growth.

[FLORENCE, Kentucky ~ March 8, 2019] Milestones abound as regional powerhouse ERS (Episcopal Retirement Services) unveils plans for Scheper Ridge, a new, $9.1 million Affordable Living by ERS community in the heart of Florence, offering 48 new homes for low-income seniors.

ERS is proud to announce our 30th retirement community, and to welcome Scheper Ridge as an official member of the ERS family,” said ERS President and CEO Laura Lamb.

And what an opportunity to further the mission of ERS, than through the legacy of Paul Scheper, whose skills, intelligence and experience have helped guide ERS for almost four decades along this incredible journey.”

Paul Scheper is a beloved and recently retired ERS executive who devoted 36 years to ERS, its seniors and the families served by ERS.

Scheper was an instrumental and inspired leader, essential to the recent growth and expansion of ERS, which has blossomed from a single Cincinnati-area retirement community to a regional network.

ERS is now comprised of 27 Affordable Living for Seniors by ERS communities and three premium retirement communities such as Deupree House and Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community in Hyde Park (Cincinnati) and Episcopal Church Home (Louisville).

By the numbers, Scheper Ridge represents a momentous occasion for ERS, active throughout Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana:

  • the third new ERS community in Kentucky, and the first in Northern Kentucky;
  • the 27th #AffordableLiving for Seniors (ALS) community by ERS;
  • the first ALS community by ERS since Mr. Scheper retired last year.

Scheper Ridge will be developed by a partnership between ALS by ERS and The Model Group. The architect is ATA-Beilharz. The community is designed for 29 single-bedroom homes and 19 two-bedroom suites.

At Scheper Ridge, ERS is accompanied by many of its traditional partners and professional colleagues, such as Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH), the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), Kentucky Housing Corp., Huntington Bank, and The Model Group.

Scheper Ridge is being financed by $748,800 in 2019 LIHTC tax credits from the New Supply Urban Pool, which will result in annual allocations for 10 years. Kentucky Housing Corp. awarded $300,000 in Affordable Housing Trust funds and $200,000 in HOME Funds. The FHLB provided a $749,999 grant, and an additional grant was provided by the Lutheran Benevolent Society.

[CINCINNATI, Ohio ~ November 21, 2017] The spirit of Cincinnati-based entrepreneurial success – innovation, pioneering processes, and an intuitive, customer-based ethos – has been earning the Queen City mucho props at the national and international levels.

With today’s launch of RejuVeination, The Vein Restoration Group (www.rejuveination.com), yet another Cincinnati startup takes aim at a national business model, by incubating its first endeavor with extensive research, clinical experience, and the underpinnings of a nationally-based leader in the health care industry: United Audit Systems Inc. (UASI) of Cincinnati.

UASI, based in Evanston (www.uasisolutions.com), is a leading national provider of revenue-cycle solutions designed to help healthcare facilities achieve correct reimbursement in the quickest possible time.

Founded over three decades ago, UASI processes enormous amounts of healthcare billing data, collating practices, procedures and cost platforms for hundreds of hospitals, physicians and clinics.

Amidst this cacophony of data, UASI executives noticed a dearth of procedures performed locally to treat patients with spider veins, varicose veins, i.e., Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI).

Compared to similar metropolitan markets, one outcome of the data analysis was crystal-clear: the number of adults afflicted with CVI is off the charts in Greater Cincinnati,” said RejuVeination COO Nick Snider, “which begs for a smart, convenient, customer- friendly solution.

First Cog in National RejuVeination Network Opens in Kenwood

Enter RejuVeination: The Vein Restoration Group, which opened this Fall at the Kenwood Crossing office complex near Galbraith and Kenwood roads.

The launch of RejuVeination (www.rejuveination.com) marks the first step in a national, multi-market expansion journey for a team of health care professionals committed to changing lives in a positive and significant way, by providing compassionate and personalized vascular care.

The difference between RejuVeination, and every other vein treatment clinic out there?

The brains behind RejuVeination, at UASI (www.uasisolutions.com).

Both will be celebrating an upcoming grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Details to be announced soon.

RejuVeination will provide immediate improved quality of life for our patients,” adds Medical Director Marios Panayides, MD, FACS.

Dr. Panayides will be leading the medical teams employed by RejuVeination.

Dr. Panayides has more than 40 years of experience treating CVI patients, as well as an extensive background as a general, thoracic and vascular surgeon, primarily in the Dayton/Springfield market.

With our tools, and advances in technology, our patients can avoid the later stages of this disease altogether,” Dr. Panayides says.

Benefits of Radiofrequency Ablation

Our objective is to provide the best CVI treatment available, to impact positive outcomes. We’re the best at treating vein disease, because that is our exclusive specialty and practice,” adds Dr. Duke, a physician with 30 years of practice in the Greater Cincinnati region.

This is all we do. I am proud to be part of a caring team of professionals specializing in the most advanced and minimally invasive treatment option for vein disease,” said Dr. Duke.

Rejuvenation primarily uses Radiofrequency Ablation that allows its physicians to:

–  Affect higher-quality outcomes than common commercial laser techniques;

–  Deliver more visually appealing results;

–  Allow patients to heal and rejoin life with significantly reduced recovery times.

The core values that earned United Audit Systems Inc. its role as a national leader in health care are embedded within RejuVeination.

The team of professionals at RejuVeination headquarters, 8251 Pine Road in the popular Kenwood section of East-Side Cincinnati, seek to educate people suffering from venous disorders in order to provide comprehensive vein care in an exceptional, service-oriented environment.

Grand Opening – Ribbon-Cutting Details TBA

Details for the official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for RejuVeination are forthcoming. Representatives of the media are invited to attend. An official ribbon-cutting will take place and tours of the clinic, interviews with RejuVeination physicians and officials, will be available.
